KÖNIG GALERIE offers a 14-day return window for all fashion items and accessories, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your acquisition meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetic excellence.

Initiate Request

Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Package

Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Shipment

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

Refund Processing

Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
